PTO

The Rucker-Stewart Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) exists to enhance and support the educational and social experiences of the students, families, faculty and staff at Rucker-Stewart Middle School. Membership in the PTO is free and is open to all parents and guardians of Rucker-Stewart students, as well as to all teachers and staff.

The PTO hosts dances, teacher appreciation lunches, and other activities during the year. Our fundraisers help to purchase materials that are not included in the school system's annual budget. PTO activities provide great opportunities to get involved in the school community and connect with faculty, staff, and other parents, and we encourage our members to participate as much as possible. However, attendance at meetings, volunteering, and fundraising is never required.

Throughout the year we will keep you informed about PTO meetings, events, and volunteer opportunities.
